Dhaaga Mishri offers traditional thread-grown sugar crystals and associated presentation collections, accessories and gift packaging.

References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean the legal business operating the Dhaaga Mishri brand and website.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are under the age of majority, purchases must be made with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order.

We aim to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, weight, packaging and presentation.

Dhaaga Mishri crystals may naturally vary in size, shape, colour and arrangement. Such variations are not necessarily defects.

Product photographs may include styling or decorative elements not included in the purchase. The applicable product description determines what is supplied.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product information, subject to applicable law.

Product prices are displayed in the currency identified at checkout.

Unless expressly stated, prices may exclude shipping charges, import duties, taxes and other applicable fees.

The Dhaaga Mishri name, original website content, product photography, illustrations, graphics, packaging artwork, written descriptions and other original brand materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws.

No licence to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative works from protected brand materials is granted without written permission.

Users must not attempt to:

• Access restricted systems without authorization.
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with website operations.
• Use automated systems to disrupt our services.
• Submit fraudulent orders or false claims.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Use the website for unlawful activities.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our legal rights.

Information concerning Ayurveda, traditional practices and historical uses is provided for general educational and cultural purposes.

Our products are food products, not medicines.
