Shipping Policy

We accept orders from supported international destinations, subject to shipping carrier availability, customs regulations, import restrictions and applicable laws.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where shipment to a destination is prohibited, impracticable or unavailable. Any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded as required by law.

Orders with a qualifying merchandise value of USD $199 or more receive complimentary worldwide standard shipping.

For orders below USD $199, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the threshold is assessed on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges, taxes and duties.

Complimentary shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other government-imposed fees unless expressly stated.

Preorders are scheduled for dispatch according to the announced collection timetable.

As a general fulfilment practice, boxes are prepared and dispatched in the order confirmed preorders are received, subject to product availability, destination requirements and operational considerations.

An order confirmation does not mean the parcel has already been shipped.

Any dispatch or delivery dates shown on the website or communicated by email are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Actual transit times depend on destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, local conditions and other circumstances.

Where applicable law requires a specific dispatch commitment, notice of delay, customer consent or refund, those requirements will be followed.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information at the email address associated with their order.

Tracking updates are provided by the relevant delivery service and may not appear immediately after dispatch.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or GST, brokerage fees and other destination-specific charges.

Unless the checkout expressly states that such charges are prepaid, they are the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Customs authorities determine the assessment and collection of import charges. Dhaaga Mishri does not control these assessments.

Customers are responsible for understanding any personal import restrictions applicable to their destination.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number and any required customs information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in an unsuccessful delivery, additional costs may apply where legally permitted.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfilment.

Shipping carriers may make delivery attempts, require a signature or direct parcels to a collection point.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or returned because of circumstances attributable to the recipient, reasonable additional shipping or return costs may apply, subject to applicable law.

Any legally required refund rights remain unaffected.

Customers should inspect parcels upon arrival and document visible damage before discarding packaging.

We strongly recommend recording a complete, continuous unboxing video to support any transit-damage claim.

International shipping may be affected by severe weather, customs inspections, regulatory restrictions, labour disruptions, transport interruptions or other events outside our reasonable control.

We will provide relevant updates where reasonably possible and honour any mandatory rights arising from delayed or failed fulfilment.
